If this happens we can alert your by phone or email and with your permission optmize your system, run scans, remove the infected file and cleanup your computer remotely. Please note that this is an annual subscription for 1 PC. First download the version for windows or Mac, then make the payment so we can send you your product key. This is not the regular Webroot service protection, this is a customizable service that requires First Choice PC Fix to manage and protect your computer against Malware and Viruses using the latest features of EPP.
