Topic: Copying files to your android tablet

There are different ways to accomplish this.

You may be able to connect your tablet directly to your computer using the cable that came with your tablet. However this process may be slower than using a flash drive. However if you do use a flash drive you would have to copy your files from the computer to the flash drive; then from the flash drive to the tablet.

Here are the cables you may need to copy directly from your PC to your tablet.

COPYING FILES FROM YOUR COMPUTER TO YOUR TABLET

1. Plug the smaller size of the cable into your tablet then the larger side of the Micro or C USB cable into your computer.

1a. You may have to change the settings on your tablet to allow your files to be copied from your computer to your tablet.

2. Open the folder where your files are located on the tablet and the folder on the computer where you want to copy your files. Both folders are opened on the computer so you can copy files from the computer folder to the android folder.

For this option you may need an adapter to copy files from your computer to your android tablet.

1. Insert a flash drive into the USB port of your computer and transfer the files from your computer to your flash drive.

2. If you have anyone of the above adapters you can connect it to the micro or C port on your android tablet, then insert a flash drive into the adapter and transfer your files to the tablet that way.

2a. You may have to change the settings on your tablet to allow your files to be copied from your computer to your tablet.
