Step - 03

Download the app

Download the app for your computer whether it is a windows or Mac computer. Pay special attention as to the location of the file you downloaded. You will need to click on the file to start the installation.
Step - 04

Run the App

Run the app and confirm the installation, once this is done we can remote into your computer and help you with your repairs.

First Choice PC Fix provide remote services to clients that are unable to come to our office. If we cannot come to you, then we can schedule a remote session. This is a secure one hour service, that allows us to remote into your computer to perform the repairs. To get started download and install our application and allow us access by entering your computer's password. Here are some of the services we can provide remotely. Please note that to remove malware we would need to install our End Point protection software on your PC.
